• Logo creation
• Print materials
• Social media design
• Vehicle wrap design

All services are customized and subject to availability.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

All projects require a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Specific payment terms are outlined in your invoice or agreement.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All design work remains the intellectual property of Monsta Media & Design until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you gain the rights to use the final approved designs for business purposes.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals throughout the project. Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

 

6. Revisions & Refunds

 

Most projects include a limited number of revisions (as defined in the service package). Refunds are not issued once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Monsta Media & Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services or designs. All deliverables are provided “as is” with no warranties.

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your agreement to the most recent version.
